James M. Heinrich, MD is a Board-Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery by the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. Dr. Heinrich is Fellowship-Trained in Hand Surgery and specializes in Orthopaedic and Arthroscopic Surgery, as well as Sports Medicine. He has expertise in Arthroscopic Surgery of the Knee, Shoulder, and Hip. Dr. Heinrich joined Tri-State Orthopaedics in 1978.

Dr. Heinrich earned a Doctor of Medicine at the Indiana University School of Medicine. He completed an Internship in General Surgery at the University of Colorado Medical Center and Residency at Indiana University Medical Center. His Fellowship in Hand Surgery was performed under Dr. James Strickland at St. Vincent's Hospital.

Dr. Heinrich is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.

When not practicing orthopaedic surgery, Dr. Heinrich enjoys playing golf, teaching first grade Sunday School, and participating in Youth Life programs.

Ahmet K. Percinel, MD is a Board-Certified Orthopaedic Surgeon with Fellowship-Training in Hand Trauma and Reconstruction Surgery, as well as Hand Implant Surgery. Dr. Percinel's expertise includes Joint Replacement Surgery and Arthroscopic Surgery of the Shoulder, Knee, and Ankle Joints, as well as Surgery of the Upper Extremity and Hand. He joined Tri-State Orthopaedics in 1978.

Dr. Percinel earned his Doctor of Medicine at the University of Ankara School of Medicine in Ankara, Turkey. He completed an Internship in Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Ankara School of Medicine and Internship in Surgery at Wayne State Hospital, North Detroit General Hospital. Dr. Percinel accomplished his Residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at the Henry Ford Health System. He performed a Fellowship in Hand Trauma and Reconstructive Surgery at Grace Hospital and a Fellowship in Hand Implant Surgery at Blodgett Memorial Hospital.

Dr. Percinel is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and American College of Surgeons.

In addition to practicing orthopaedics, Dr. Percinel enjoys soccer, computers, history, and playing bridge.

John W. Deppe, MD is Board-Certified as an Orthopaedic Surgeon by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. Dr. Deppe is distinguished as a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He has expertise in Sports Medicine, Total Joint Replacement, and Pediatric Orthopaedics. Dr. Deppe joined Tri-State Orthopaedics in 1984.

Dr. Deppe completed his undergraduate studies at Stanford University earned his Doctor of Medicine with AOA Honors at Case Western Reserve University, School of Medicine. He performed a Residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at Northwestern University.

Dr. Deppe is the Past President of St. Mary's Hospital's Medical Staff and volunteers at the Rehabilitation Center for children with disabilities. When not practicing orthopaedic medicine, Dr. Deppe participates in boating, traveling, golf, sailing, cycling, ballroom dancing, and church activities.

Phillip L. Stiver, MD is Board-Certified as an Orthopaedic Surgeon by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons. Dr. Stiver is a specialist of Trauma, Sports Medicine, and Reconstructive Surgery. His expertise includes total joint replacement of the shoulder, hip, and knee, as well as trauma surgery and knee and shoulder arthroscopic surgery. He joined Tri-State Orthopaedics in 1984.

Dr. Stiver earned his Doctor of Medicine at Indiana University School of Medicine. He performed an Internship at St. Vincent's Hospital and Residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at the Indiana University Medical Center.

Dr. Stiver is a member of the Indiana State Medical Society and American College of Surgeons.

Outside of practicing orthopaedic surgery, Dr. Stiver enjoys flying helicopters and small planes, racquetball, boating, and music, including piano, brass, keyboards, and vocals.

Dr. Perry earned a Doctor of Medicine from Wright State University. He completed a Residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at Wright State University, as well. Dr. Perry performed a Fellowship in Hand and Microsurgery at the University of Florida.
