Care when you need it
The Urgent Care Clinic at Tri-State Orthopaedics
Tri-State’s urgent care clinic is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, and on Saturday from 9 a.m. to noon. If you need them, they are here for you.
“I think I broke something, and I want to see an orthopedist today!” If you think you have an orthopedic injury and want to be seen now, it can be done at Tri-State Orthopedics. Whether you fell at home and broke your wrist, sprained your knee playing ball, or hurt your back lifting bags of mulch, your injury can be evaluated and treated by an orthopedic surgeon without an appointment. Tri-States has made urgent orthopedic care more convenient and efficient for patients and the community. Tri-State can do in one visit what typically has taken two doctor visits.
It makes more sense to visit its urgent care clinic for a broken or sprained wrist, rather than wait hours to be seen at an emergency room, only to have a temporary splint applied and then referred to an orthopedist, which requires making an appointment. With a little luck that might be within 10 days. What a waste of time and a needless drain on a patient’s pocket book. Tri-State can see patients at their convenience without an appointment, although a call beforehand regarding the injury is always appreciated. During the visit, patients will be examined by an orthopedic surgeon and X-rays will be taken, if necessary. A well-fitting cast, splint, or brace can be applied as required, and a follow-up appointment will be made with one of Tri-State’s orthopedists. There it is! In one visit, with minimal waiting time, patients’ injuries have been evaluated and treated, saving time and money, and preventing frustration.
Tri-State has treated thousands of patients this way during the past few years, and the physicians there know their patients are grateful for this service.Tri-State’s expertise covers injuries of the extremities and the spine, and it has surgeons with additional training (sub specialists) in spine and hand surgery, sports medicine, and joint replacement on staff. So whatever your orthopedic need is, Tri-State has a qualified physician available. |
