Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital and Tri-State Orthopaedic Surgeons to Host Opening of Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery Clinic

INDIANA –Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital at St. Vincent and Tri-State Orthopaedic Surgeons are collaborating to bring specialized pediatric orthopedic care to Evansville. Beginning on January 25, 2019, Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Enrico Stazzone, will provide a pediatric orthopedic clinic on the fourth Friday of each month at the offices of Tri-State Orthopaedic Surgeons.

Dr. Stazzone specializes in the treatment of children and young adults with orthopedic injuries and congenital disorders – with special interest and training in pediatric spinal surgery and pediatric arthroscopic surgery. He completed his medical degree at Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York, New York. He went on to complete an orthopedic surgery residency at Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center in New York and a pediatric orthopedic surgery fellowship at Dupont Children’s Hospital in Wilmington, Delaware.

Our annual High School Sports Physical Day is scheduled for Saturday, April 7th from 8am – noon at Tri-State Orthopaedics main office (225 Crosslake Dr.).  Athletes will receive a physical screening from primary care providers (Tri-State Community Clinics), orthopaedic screening from Tri-State Orthopaedics’ providers, and functional movement screening and Y balance testing from ProRehab providers.  Cost is $10 and will be donated back to the athlete’s high school.  These physicals will cover the athletes 2018-19 sports seasons.  Walk-ins only – no appointments.

St. Mary’s Health, member of St. Vincent and Ascension, and Tri-State Orthopaedics are partnering to build a state-of-the-art orthopedic specialty hospital to provide surgical and non-surgical care to address the growing orthopedic needs of individuals in the Tri-State area.

The $95 million, 135,000-square-foot, four-story St. Mary’s Orthopedic Hospital will be located at the northeast corner of Warrick Wellness Trail and Epworth Road, making it a natural extension of the St. Mary’s Epworth Crossing campus, which provides a variety of outpatient services.
