Braxton D. Facer, D.P.M.
Podiatrist/Foot & Ankle Care/Reconstructive Surgery
I am a podiatrist in Evansville, Indiana, providing care for a wide range of foot and ankle conditions. Growing up in Idaho, sports were a big part of my life, and with them came several injuries of my own. Those experiences gave me a personal understanding of how frustrating it can be to be injured and the determination it takes to return to activity. My goal is to help patients regain mobility, whether they want to get back on the field or simply move without pain in daily life.
I earned my undergraduate degree at Brigham Young University–Idaho and completed my Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree at Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona. My surgical residency training at Ascension St. Vincent in Evansville prepared me to provide both conservative treatments and surgical solutions for the foot and ankle.
My areas of expertise include:
- Trauma and reconstructive foot and ankle surgery
- Flatfoot reconstruction
- Arthritis and tendonitis treatment
- Sports injury care
- Treatment for bunions, heel pain, plantar fasciitis, and fractures
I am fluent in Spanish (Se habla español) and committed to providing patient-centered care to individuals of all ages. If you are looking for a foot and ankle specialist in Evansville, I welcome you to schedule an appointment so we can work together toward improving your mobility and quality of life.
