Congratulations to Lisa Eberhard for being the recipient of the August Star Employee Award!
Lisa recently took it upon herself to help the entire office get clearances from a physician who was referring patients to Cardiology. Lisa worked with the office manager to resolve this matter not only for the patient but for all patients. She makes a difference every day at Tri-State Orthopaedics by coming in with a smile, maintaining a positive attitude, and constantly looking out for the welfare of our patients.
Congratulations to Steven Koger for being the recipient of the July Star Employee Award!!
Steven has worked for Tri-State Orthopaedics for almost a year now as Front Desk Medical Receptionist. He has shown great enthusiasm and compassion to patients, and other staff members. He is always willing to do what needs to be done without any hesitation.
Congratulations to Kristen Willis for being the recipient for June Star Employee Award!
Kristen goes above and beyond in everything she does. She helped out while an employee was out on leave. She did not hesitate to step up and do things that are outside of her clinical duties. If she doesn’t know the answer to something, she will take the initiative to figure it out. She comes in the office every day with a smile on her face and she never complains about her work.
We’re so happy to have Kristen a part of the TSOS team!
Heather Calentine of the Therapy Desk is the May Star Employee! Heather went above and beyond while her co-worker was gone on maternity leave. She took time to learn how to take care of reports, train new hires, attend meetings and manage the therapy desk during her co-workers absence. She made sure the desk ran smooth and that everyone was happy and comfortable.
Congratulations to Heather! We are happy that she is a part of the TSOS team!
Congratulations to Kenzie McDowell for being the recipient of the April Star Employee Award!!
Kenzie has stepped up several times to help out her co-workers in times of emergency. She makes it a priority to stock pods to ensure the next clinical staff members have the supplies needed to run a successful office. Kenzie is hard working and is always dependable. She makes a difference everyday by doing the little things and helping her co-workers a little extra. Kenzie is a very diligent worker and deserves the recognition for that!
