Prescription Refill

Effective January 1, 2021, all controlled substances (pain medication, Gabapentin, Lyrica) can no longer be called in to your pharmacy. Each prescription will need to be approved by your physician and sent electronically to the pharmacy.  No refills will be allowed at that time.  This is accordance with the new government guidelines.

If you are prescribed this medication, you will need to request a refill prior to running out of medication.  The doctor may not be available to address your request on the same day.

For all prescription refills, patients should call our office or submit a request through the Patient Portal. Please allow at least 24 hours for processing. Note that refills are not issued during evenings, weekends, or holidays.

Office hours: Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM.
