• Choose between standard or secure messaging options.
  • For secure messages with protected health information (PHI), you’ll receive a link requiring you to enter identifying information to view the message.
• If your phone number is associated with multiple accounts (like children’s), the system will prompt you to select the account you’re contacting us about.
• Please inform us if you’ve updated your phone number so we can keep our records current.
