Alicia has been employed at TSOS for close to 15 years now! She has always been very welcoming to new employees and has continued to answer any questions for her team. Alicia makes a difference everyday by making sure all issues are addressed. She puts patients first by making sure authorizations are approved so the patient can receive quality care.
